We are two technology leaders with backgrounds in product design, operations, and organizational learning. We're looking to buy one great business from a retiring owner — and run it for the long term.
We're a husband-and-wife team based in Willow Glen, San Jose. We've spent our careers inside some of the world's best technology companies, building products, teams, and the systems that help people do their best work.
Now we want to apply everything we've learned to something more personal: owning and operating one small business in our own community, with our own hands, for decades — not quarters.
We're not private equity. We're not flippers. We intend to buy one company, move in, and grow it carefully while honoring what made it work in the first place.

Mike is a Senior Product Designer with experience across global technology companies and venture-backed startups, where he worked closely with customers to uncover needs and turn them into products that deliver real value. Now he brings that same approach to small business ownership, combining a customer-first mindset with hands-on problem solving. As an owner-operator, he is committed to preserving what already works while thoughtfully building on the previous owner's foundation.

Ann has built learning and enablement systems across big corporates, newly IPO'd companies, and global fintechs, including Amazon, Figma, and a leading crypto exchange. She partners with AI agents to design training, build SOPs, and systematize operations faster than traditional methods. Now she brings that same operator instinct to her own business, turning "it's all in the owner's head" into documented, teachable processes. Her take: if it can't be taught, it can't scale.
We're searching for one business that fits most of the following. If yours is close but not exact, we'd still love to talk.
San Jose, Santa Clara County, and surrounding communities. We live here, and we plan to stay.
Annual owner earnings in this range, with stable and provable cash flow.
Repeat customers in home services, real-estate-adjacent services, or B2B services.
Employees who want to keep working and grow with the business.
A real operating history with steady, proven demand.
Someone who wants their company, employees, and customers in good hands after the sale.
Selling your business is personal. Here's what you can count on from us.
We're buying your business because of the people in it. Our plan is to give a good team more work, not less.
You spent years building trust with your customers. We'll protect it — and we'd love your introductions during the transition.
We live here in San Jose. We'll be in the building, on the phone, and at the job site — not managing from a spreadsheet in another state.
Prepared buyers, clear criteria, honest communication — and respect for your time and confidentiality from the first conversation.
Whether you're an owner thinking about retirement, a broker with a listing, or just someone who knows a great local business — we'd love to hear from you. Every conversation is confidential.
